The account
Grew the Microsoft account from an initial $250K project into $5M+ of retained work spanning five concurrent workstreams at peak; earning trust with the core client team and introducing the agency to new teams across Microsoft.
The design system
Produced Microsoft’s marketing ecosystem design system in Figma, the identity system behind the client’s marketing creative: tokenized color palettes, component modules, and coded automations.
The team
Managed the Microsoft account team’s producer and mentored PMs across the studio, owning staffing plans, onboarding, and delivery standards program by program.
