ScopeStack.ai is the initiative I founded to productize the AI workflows I kept building for agency teams as one-off custom jobs. A library of 24 prebuilt tools plus a custom-build practice. The thesis is simple: agencies do not need more AI hype, they need less operational drag, and that is what ScopeStack ships.

The problem

The build
ScopeStack turns an agency’s existing stack, documents, and tribal knowledge into an intelligent execution layer that fits how their teams already work. AI handles the structured work; a human signs off where reputation lives.
