Hi, I'm Tito.

My career has been built around turning ambiguity into momentum: shaping a creative campaign, producing a high-end brand shoot, managing the development of a website or app, translating strategy into a product roadmap, or helping agency teams adopt AI in ways that actually make their work faster, sharper, and more human.

I have worked across advertising, digital production, product innovation, UX strategy, web and app development, content production, and strategic client partnership. That range has made me a bit of a creative Swiss Army knife: part producer, part strategist, part systems thinker, part translator between creative, technical, and business teams; frequently caught gazing into the night sky asking, "Cool, now how do we turn this spark into something that lights up the world?"

At my best, I move teams from "we have an idea" to "we know what we are building, why it matters, how it works, and how to get it into the world." Then I ship it.

Most recently my work has expanded into AI consulting and workflow optimization for agency teams. I build practical AI systems, custom prompts, automations, and reusable toolkits that help creative teams reduce the "work about work": the endless translation of briefs, meetings, scattered notes, and institutional knowledge into usable outputs. Along the way I founded two initiatives that productized the patterns I kept rebuilding: Meltform, a creative-technology studio, and ScopeStack.ai, custom AI workflows that help agencies reclaim time, margin, and momentum.

I care about great ideas, clean systems, thoughtful execution, and helping people do their best work without drowning in the operational static. Whether I am producing a campaign, shaping a product, leading a team, or designing an AI workflow, I am building things that feel useful, beautiful, strategic, and alive.
